Welcome to the TKC Marketing Master Resell Rights (MRR) Program. By purchasing and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure compliance, maintain program integrity, and provide clear guidelines for resellers.

Definitions

TKC Marketing Systems: The systems, tools, and platforms provided by The King's Company (TKC) for marketing, selling, and automating the MRR package.

MRR Package: The digital products and resources provided by TKC that resellers can sell for 100% profit.

Reseller: An individual or entity that purchases the MRR package and agrees to resell it under the conditions stated herein.

Eligibility

Purchase Requirement: Only individuals who have purchased the MRR package from TKC are eligible to participate as resellers.

System Usage: Resellers must utilize TKC Marketing Systems to market and sell the MRR package.

Reselling Conditions

Price Maintenance: Resellers must sell the MRR package at the current price set by TKC. The starting price is $497, and it will increase by $100 for every 50 packages sold.

Price Adjustments: TKC reserves the right to adjust the price of the MRR package. Resellers must adhere to any new pricing structures as communicated by TKC.

Marketing Systems: The use of TKC Marketing Systems is mandatory for all resellers. These systems include, but are not limited to, sales funnels, websites, course platforms, emails, SMS, and automations.

Subscription and Fees

Initial Access: Resellers will have access to TKC Marketing Systems for the first 90 days at no additional cost.

Ongoing Access: After the initial 90-day period, resellers must pay a subscription fee of $97 per month to continue using TKC Marketing Systems.

Termination of Access: If the subscription fee is not paid, access to TKC Marketing Systems will be terminated, and the reseller will no longer be able to sell the MRR package.

Data Sharing and Reporting

Contact Information: Resellers must share all contact information of their customers with TKC. This information must be provided through a shared Google sheet, which is part of the automation workflow.

Data Accuracy: Resellers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the contact information provided.

Privacy Compliance: All customer information must be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Compliance and Conduct

Brand Integrity: Resellers must maintain the integrity and reputation of TKC and the MRR package. Any actions that could harm TKC’s reputation are strictly prohibited.

Ethical Marketing: Resellers must engage in ethical marketing practices. False or misleading claims about the MRR package or TKC Marketing Systems are prohibited.

Legal Compliance: Resellers must comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the sale and marketing of digital products.

Termination

Violation of Terms: TKC reserves the right to terminate a reseller’s participation in the MRR program for any violation of these terms and conditions.

Discontinuation of Program: TKC reserves the right to discontinue the MRR program at any time. In such an event, resellers will be notified, and any remaining subscription fees will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Liability

Limitation of Liability: TKC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the reseller’s participation in the MRR program.

Indemnification: Resellers agree to indemnify and hold TKC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of their breach of these terms and conditions.

Modifications

Changes to Terms: TKC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Resellers will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

By purchasing the MRR package and participating in the TKC Marketing MRR Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Additional Affiliate Commission and Earnings:

Commission Structure: Resellers will earn a 50% commission on the $97/month subscription fee for every account they bring into the program that continues with the monthly payment. This commission is designed to provide resellers with a source of passive income.

Eligibility for Commission: To qualify for the 50% commission, the following conditions must be met:

The account must be directly referred by the reseller.

The referred account must maintain an active $97/month subscription with TKC Marketing Systems.

Commission Payments: Commissions will be calculated and paid out monthly. Resellers must provide accurate payment details to receive their commission.

Tracking and Reporting: TKC Marketing will track referrals and commissions through the automation workflow and the shared Google sheet. Resellers are responsible for ensuring their referrals are properly documented.

Changes to Commission Structure: TKC reserves the right to modify the commission structure. Resellers will be notified of any changes in advance.
