I'd rely heavily on exegetical analysis and hermeneutics to ensure what I release from my studies aligns with truth across time.

I'd focus on the practical application of the teachings so that people can see how today, we can learn from the past.

I'd align it with the broader vision of the ministry. History to me speaks to opportunity, and although I would aim to outperform historical leaders... I'll consider their works as a goal to surpass.

I'd want well rounded understanding so that I can interpret the spiritual implications and stir the souls of man to understand the power in repetition, testimony, etc.

I'd use it as inspiration to reach more people with the fact that Jesus loves them, and has loved mankind throughout history.

I'm going to use tools like Blue Letter Bible, concordances, and anything I can utilize in my study time, with books and notes all over my desk... until I have a my mind wrapped around the fullness of the understanding.

I focus on the practical application of the teachings. My people need simple instructions to be able to walk this out, and I want to provide clearly defined ways to implement what they come to know from scripture.

I align it with the broader vision of the season. The Father is not waiting to release something, He's waiting for us to understand the weight of what He is calling us to do in this season. We need to get in alignment and walk this out the RIGHT way.

I seek the Father for visions, revelation, and key insights to declare over the people I am assigned to speak into in this season.

I love the Scripture and want to understand QUICKLY so that I can give understanding to people who may not even know how much Jesus loves them. When the love of Christ touches their hearts, everything will become NEW and they will know Him.

I spend hours in prayer just to receive one new aspect of understanding that the body of Christ needs in this hour.

I meet with the Father in a secret place to assess the situation... all the situations, as He leads. He shows me wonders, and gives me vision for where I need to take things.

I'm not interceding for myself. I'm praying because my people are hurting, needy, and feeling lost. I don't always know how to help them but I really care. I want them to know I care, and I don't have enough time to articulate that but I am doing the best I can. Prayer comforts me when I feel inadequate.

I seek him. I need to know what is true, what is important, and what matters the most to Him. I want to understand His ways, processes, and if I can articulate that to others clearly, they will benefit and walk in alignment with Him.

I'd search Him for what I can do, where I can go, and how I can help others experience His love.

I'd start by mapping out key community touchpoints, and begin working through them house by house until all know Jesus... or all know they have a choice to follow him or not!

I'd consult with those I feel are most equipped to steward this assignment. I aim to align it with the seasonal objectives we have in every season, under the inspiration of what the Father has given us to understand through the prophets, and prophetic vision from members in the body of Christ.

I'd prepare a series of sermons, teachings, and group studies to help people understand what evangelism really is... and then I would mobilize them to walk it out in our community.

I'd engage in prayer and fasting for divine guidance, identify key areas where the power of the Father needs to be released, and go there first. Honestly, probably just pray there and release what He gives me to release and then move on.

I'd ensure that we have a selected group of committed people to lead individual teams, We would break up into teams of 5 or more, and send people into a few neighborhoods first, then reconvene at the church to discuss

I'd prioritize one-on-one counseling sessions.

I'd organize a series of teachings to address the issue collectively.

I'd involve the most dynamic leaders equipped in the topic and host a conference for strategic solutions and rapid results in our community.

I'd seek Holy Spirit for insights on the key needs in our people and move forward with insights for deeper understanding.

I'd use the situation as an opportunity to bring broken and confused people into the room so they can get to know the love of Christ through healing, deliverance, and salvation.

I'd just ask the Father what's going on. We talk all day so it's not really a big deal to get instant insights 🤣.

I'd feel, know, and understand who is most anointed to steward the room in spiritual moments. I call them to attention and give them opportunity to flow in their gifts in those moments.

I'd observe the congregation's emotional state, and pray openly with everyone about the situation/circumstances I feel are most present.

I'd look to the Word. In every situation I look to the Word to understand things. To be honest, when it gets 'too spiritual' I usually look around the room for others who are similar to me. We might meet up in the back and talk about what is happening and where we've seen it before.

I close my eyes, and think of Jesus. I seek His presence and ask Him what He wants me to do.

Swift obedience, immediate action, and getting out of the church to actually BE the church.

Regional collectives, operating together to reach a unified goal for the evangelism activities.

Teaching the power of things like word of knowledge, discernment, and the TRUE message of the Gospel (not this watered down, half-taught stuff we see everywhere)

Asking the Father for the location to approach, and for insights on what has happened there in the past. Sometimes we need to break some things off of regions and locations in the spirit, by the Spirit.

I'd ensure a pastoral care plan is in place for new converts, because once we reach people, we want them to know they have community and have a way to directly connect and get help as needed.

If I'm not, the Holy Spirit will tell me through a series of words, visions, dreams, and I'll know.

I'll recognize the synergy of my team's collective efforts. When we're all in alignment, we're most productive and effective.

I'll lean on teachers in my community, my mentors and leaders, and ask for help.

I'd make sure I'm living according to the Word, and not let worldly distractions pull my heart away from the truth.

If we're not seeing new believers come to know Jesus, then we're not in alignment with Scripture, period.

I'd assess the relevance of our focus, and define whether we should be focused on seasonal or future developments. Priorities first.

I'd seek divine insight for the right timing of what we do, when we do it, and why we do it.

I'd gauge the emotional readiness of the team, because if we're not healthy and ready to move forward there will be more problems than success.

I'd analyze how many people we're impacting with the Word. The most important thing about planning ahead, is how many people will receive accurate teaching from the Word.

I am a part of the Great Commission. That's the Father's long term and short term plan. Let's go get souls saved and stop talking about all the inner workings of it! Gospel + People = Salvation... It's simple.

I'd rely heavily on exegetical analysis, definitions of specific words in Greek and Hebrew... and English too... I guess... but can we just get into the meat already?

I'd focus on the practical application of the teachings. Simple observations, and simple ways to actively get the whole family moving in the same directions without changing everything at once.

The power and anointing of Christ. Teaching is one thing, and engaging the audience to impart life-changing power is another. People need to be mantled, anointed by Jesus, and equipped to walk in power and authority.

I'd add prophetic insights for a well-rounded understanding of what needs to happen for the heart of the people to be aligned with the heart of the Father.

To testify, speak of salvation, and tell the people how much Jesus loves them, wants them, and desires them. Come HOME!

I have elders and leaders/mentors in my life that I call on when I don't understand what to do for my people. Sometimes things just get hard to handle.

I have key teachers in my life that help me understand what the Word says about situations I don't know how to handle.

I rely on the full power of five fold ministry, and call on the people I know are most gifted to help me in each unique situation.

I'd just go to the garden with Jesus. I'm a seer, so I would visit the throneroom, and Jesus would probably take me and show me things to help me understand.

I'd lean on the love of the Father, but know that my pastors can help if I'm truly stuck mentally or emotionally.

I'd rely heavily on exegetical analysis, commentaries, and conversations with trusted teachers.

I seek wisdom, but most likely only discuss these things when I'm comfortable handling the conversations that follow. This has kept me from addressing multiple things. I could probably grow in this area.

I'd embrace them with FIRE in my belly. I am ready to reform, reconstruct, and dismantle the lies of the devil that have crept into the church. We're called to move in power and wisdom. Controversies are of man, but the Word wins everytime, so let's get back to that.

I usually have to address the people as a whole, release a specific utterance of understanding from the Lord, and then let the other leaders handle the rest.

I simply go to my leaders and ask them for help so that I don't get stuck when ministering to people who ask tough apologetics questions.

Community is who we reach, and we need to reach them all.

Community is where we'll find those mantled and anointed to bring about the will of the Father. I try to identify "who's who" in the community.

We need to reach the community, but then we need to TEACH the community. It's important that people know the truth, and many people have been lied to by the doctrines of denominations.

I'm called to the community. I carry heavy burdens for the community. I know what the Father has shown me that they need, and I'm ready to help them as the Spirit shows me what specific actions to take.

I'd ensure that there is a plan in place for new people to connect, grow, and learn alongside key members of our community.

There's only one way to the Father, and when people meet Jesus, they meet their true identity. Culture doesn't define us, our Father does.

There is only one true God. The Father in heaven is not sharing people with other "gods" ... It's time for a showdown, and I'm ready to call down fire on the altar.

I aim to introduce them to the love of Christ without being too confrontational. I know they believe differently, but I want them to know the love of Christ over anything else.

The truth is the truth. I don't associate with people who walk in ignorance, ignore the truth, and want to follow the ways of some fake god... they need to repent and get right with the Father who created them in the first place.

I LOVE THEM... because Jesus loves them. Their beliefs and family's style of worship is never a hindrance to their opportunity to know JEsus as their Lord.

I let people believe what they want, but urge them to know Jesus outside of logic and gnosticism alone. My job is to proclaim the truth about a person, a loving Jesus, not to convince people of a logical or theological point.

I ignore it and do whatever the Father tells me to do. Who said I ever had to respond to what man thinks 🤣 I serve the Master... not the whiners.

If I'm not in the wrong... if I'm right about it... I justify and explain the actions from the Word, and let the rest fall where it may.

I pray, fast, and seek the face of the Father until I have an understanding of what needs to be said, done, and shifted.

I'd begin to set up 1 on 1's. If people are in a fuss, it's time to meet together and work out the hard things, 1 on 1, and then in a larger conversation with those involved, once hearts are in alignment with truth and healed from hurt.

Teams empower productivity, especially when everyone is identified and aligned with their true calling, mission, and mandate from the Father.

Teams are great! I'm less team oriented though. I love people, but I listen alone, pray alone, and move in power alone MOST of the time. When I come together with others, it's a blessing but I don't organize or lead in those scenarios. I'm usually following a leader

If everyone can get along and work together to make significant strides for the works we're doing in the community, that's amazing. I want that.

I want people to understand things together. To be in agreement. How can two (or more) walk together unless they agree?

I want to grow the community. I don't think there are enough of us in the church yet. There are many who I would love to see become part of the family.

I seek to connect people, to organize ways for people to be together and spend time together.

When we all understand things in the same way, the right way, then we can all walk in unity and that's a beautiful thing.

Identify everyone in who they truly are in the Kingdom of heaven. When people are walking in their true identity, they can show up, serve, and lead in their own unique way, raising their voice how the Father designed them to.

I share the heart of the Father for the community. I hear from heaven and apply what I hear, and because of that, people have a chance to turn their lives toward what the Father is doing, and benefit from being in alignment with Him.

I invite people into a family. I connect them with key leaders in the family... the church... and I check in on them to help make sure they are taking advantage of being a part of a new family.

I have their name and number in my phone... I will text and call them for a few weeks to ensure they are plugged in to a good church.

I'll delegate a team to pay close attention to them until we know they aren't hurting, broken, needing something. We'll take care of them like fathers and mothers until they are on their feet, then we'll equip them and send them into the assignment God has for them.

Show them the love of the Father and teach them to know the basics of faith, the elementary principles and doctrines of Christ that everyone needs to know.

I'd love them and interceded for them as the Spirit leads me to. I would more so intercede for the apostles and pastors who are ministering to them.

I would make sure they are comfortable, informed, connected, and experiencing the love of Christ in community.

I'd rely heavily on exegetical analysis, and application of the Word in context of scripture.

I'd focus on the practical application of the teachings by showing people simple ways to move in what the Word says.

I equip and empower people to walk in the fullness of their callings as they apply the Word, with respect to the gifts, ministries, and purposes of the Lord for their life.

I'd seek the heart and face of the Father until I know that I understand deeply what He wants. Then I'll move forward and take action however He tells me to.

I exhort new believers to seek counsel, insight, and conversation with those who are anointed to lead them in their first few seasons of faith.

I'd assess its impact on our long-term goals, short term assignments, and the people who are positioned. If it makes sense for my people, we'll do it... but if it's not in alignment with their gifts or what they need, it's probably NOT from the Father.

I'd ensure whatever is happening makes sense and is aligned with the purposes and plans of the Father for the season.

I'd gauge the emotional readiness of the team, and make sure that the people we have are ready to handle the responsibilities that come with the new initiative.

I'd make sure everyone understands the dynamics of the topic, plan, and goal we have as a ministry. Then we can move forward in unity and agreement about what we're doing.

I ask... "Will souls be impacted?" - Because that's all that really matters to me!

I'd prioritize family over ministry, and hope that my people do too. If I have the chance to redirect anyone in life in this regard, I would host one-on-one counseling sessions to show them the importance of priorities. Relationship with the Father first, then marriage, then kids, then family, then ministry.

I honestly have a hard time being present with people because I am so caught up in the Word and in what He is teaching me that I kinda get awkward with people. It is what it is, but I want to be more personable without having to teach everytime I meet new people.

It's all about identifying who people are and then delegating responsibilities appropriately so that everyone is well balanced, not overworked, not in jeopardy of being burned out, etc.

I ask the Holy Spirit for seasonal priorities and relevance. I prioritize what I see and hear from Him, and the other things come later. Holy spirit always prioritizes family and the things I need to work on inside of myself before ministry and work.

I have a hard time, because I want to be ministering full time to new people. I love it... I feel like when I'm not evangelizing, I'm wasting time.

It's what I do every day. I receive and process more than I give words, but when I give the words, people's lives change forever by the power of the instruction, insight, revelations, etc that come from the Father through me.

I need the words from the Father, and I need to apply them. I need to walk in them. I need to empower my people to walk in them too, in the unique ways they have been equipped and apportioned by the Lord to operate.

I am not always prophetic, but I am always interested in listening to what more prophetic people have to say, and learning how I can apply that in the operations of what it is my people are doing as I lead my church congregation.

I'd validate it against scriptural teachings, because I know there are many "prophetic people" who are spiritually unhealthy and I don't have time for nonsense in my life and I won't let my people get distracted or thrown off guard because of a false prophetic utterance.

The Father has so much to give people, to speak to people, and I believe He moves through me to speak directly to the hearts of his children, even those who have never quite chosen to love him. His perfect words to people are often what open them up to receive Christ.
